Connected Care is a month-to-month subscription with no contracts or cancellation fees. Cancel anytime, and your service will continue through the end of your current billing period.

We Make Cancellation Easy

We want ending Connected Care to be as straightforward as starting it. We provide our clients with two simple options:

  • Self-service: we can send a path to “Manage or Cancel Connected Care” link that directs our clients to the Stripe Customer Portal for cancellation.

  • Contact us: Customers may contact Complete Sound Solutions and request cancellation, and we will process it for you.
